- Communication with customer (shipper) and Customs.- Create export document such as PEB, letters for shipping and Customs clearance process at the Port. - Recapitulate customer export shipments.- Monitoring export shipments until the ship departs from the port and adding Bill of lading documents to the PEB.- Arrange for the correction of documents to customs if there is an error in the document.- Monitor the trucking team until they get the container for the stuffing process and submit the PEB document in the Customs system when the container is complete to get the NPE response.- Communicate with Customs if there are shipments that are subject to red lines in order to get an NPE response.- Assist the import division when they have too many shipments such as making PIB, letters needed for the clearance process at the port and monitor import shipments until they arrive at the port.

• Manage clients and conduct weekly group meetings.• Conducting outreach, identification, and interviewing prospective customers.• Carry out the process of due diligence on customers.• Prepare financing and carry out the fundraising process.• Conduct referrals or marketing strategies to get new customers.

• Create export & import documents such as PIB, PEB, manifests and letters for shipping and Customs clearance processes at the port.• Arrange delivery schedules for export and import goods to customers.• Make a recap of customer export & import shipments.• Provide information to customers regarding ETA & ETD of customer goods.• Ensuring export and import administration is completed before delivery.

• Monitoring pick-up requests by email.• Create airway bills and input data on customer shipments.• Packing and bagging of goods sent by customers.

• Create consignment notes and manifests.•Packing, bagging and sorting customer shipments.• Quality control of customer shipments.• Update the status of customer shipments.
