 Carry out electrical engineering activities as directed by the Chief Electrical Engineer. Conduct field surveys, study maps, layouts, diagrams, identify electrical equipment and collect data related to power system installations. Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design, specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards. To provide technical support to site in terms of material inspection, retrofitting, conditioning assessment of electrical equipment, like MV/LV Motors, Transformers, Switchgears, CT, VT, MCC, AC/DC UPS, witness Site Acceptance and Factory Acceptance Testing. To liaise and coordinate with other engineering disciplines for right interfacing and installation of electrical equipment.

 Design and installation of electrical control panels for buildings and equipment according to customer request. Ensure compliance with the Safety standards at work. Identify electrical problems with a variety of testers. Repair or replacement of wiring, equipment or fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical code.

 Carrying out and completing planned, reactive, and remedial maintenance works as directed by the Site Lead.  Inspection, maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical installations and Fire Alarm systems.  Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act.  Ensure compliance with Theatre safe systems of work.  Complete response maintenance reports, logbooks, and all related paperwork, including risk assessments and material requests for associated tasks.
