This multifaceted role significantly contributes to the business's overall success by optimizing operations and ensuring project success.Role Overview: Projects Department*Conducts global supplier assessments to secure cost-effective, compliant equipment offers.*Develops comprehensive Bills of Quantities for efficient procurement processes using the ORACLE system.*Collaborates closely with customers and third-party service providers for seamless logistics coordination and site preparation.*Emphasizes a result-oriented approach, balancing quality and cost-effectiveness, to meet project timelines and objectives.Responsibilities for Daily Sales Support in Imaging Unit Operations (Carestream, Canon, Metaltronica):*Manage timely completion of customer inquiries and tenders for imaging units (Carestream, Canon, Metaltronica), focusing on technical configuration, costing, and proposal preparation.*Respond to prospect and client RFIs with professional, clear, and technically accurate information.*Facilitate efficient purchase order processing across private and government sectors, involving procurement from local and overseas suppliers, utilizing Salesforce and Oracle CRM systems.
