The journey continues...From starting with the Scope determination, To finding Solutions and ending with achieving strong Results, This has been & still is my daily implementation to the vision pictured since the inception of this dynamic office.Accounting Management• Overseeing the daily financial operations and supervise Accountants & bookkeepers to ensure all accounting processes are executed accurately and efficiently.• Managing the external accounts payable processes, including working with vendors to efficiently process payments and Leading internal expense tracking and processing.• Tracking and process inbound revenue, coordinating with the Finance & Development Teams to ensure all grant and contract requirements are properly recorded.• Working with internal and external teams to manage monthly reporting, acting as the primary reviewer on a variety of standard reports to ensure accuracy and quality.Financial Planning & Reporting• Regularly building and managing a variety of financial reports and analysis, including expense tracking, budget reforecasting, and cash flow projections to provide valuable financial insights to the Attache.• Providing support on financial monthly reporting to internal and external parties.• Managing the coordination of the annual budgeting and planning process.Administration• Overseeing the documentation and administration of grant and contract agreements.• Engaging in Personnel & Hiring decisions, Payroll & Benefits, HR and Employee Training.• Diplomatic Protocol Implementation, Strategic Planning, Logistics & Project Management.• Developing & continuous enhancement of internal financial process & procedures documentation.• Leading the management of the annual audits and ISO 9001:2015 Requirements.AuditingThe "Lead Internal Auditor" role has emerged to ensure that all processes and procedures in the “Quality Management System” across the Attache office are in conformance with the ISO 9001-2015 Standards.
