Worked in Mediaocean (formerly BCC Adsystems) project - an accounting and advertisementsystem.Experience in working abroad in Melbourne, Australia.Gained a thorough understanding of Mediaocean's business, fully understand their end userrequirements, and their technical environment that the software deployed into.I was responsible for the quality of the product and the successful delivery of the softwarerequired by Mediaocean.Experience includes manual and automated testing, along with API testing and performancetesting.Was part of the core team and trained other team members who will also work on this project.

Tested in UOB – United Overseas Bank project, Enterprise Workflow System, involved in variety sessions: User Management Module, Workflows & Business analysis, Analytics & Report (for management and review), and Service Level Agreements. Responsibilities include estimation test, smoke test, regression test, and functional test. Tested in MAPS and iCOM ANZ projects He was responsible for analysing business rules, workflows, developing of automated tests, utilizing an existing custom automation framework.Tested in Robocop, Small Business Loans system ANZ project, used to process applications for new and existing customers applying for less than $600k of total proposed business lending. He was engaged in analysing business and workflows, supported testing for on-shore team, as well as ensured that the existing functionality has not been impacted by the migration to new platform.Tested in GRV (Greyhound Racing Victoria) project, this product allows GRV to manage racing and user database.

Worked in IP CLIENTS / ESCS team, which managed VOIP system, IP phones products, mobile phones, and PDA, interaction across different parts of an IP telephony system, and interfaces between systems. Thao was responsible in management and testing roles. He also has experience in configuring and installing network servers, and kinds of VOIP system.
