Worked with Collaboraite for my dissertation project, which supplies solutions for UK law enforcement, to help improve their operational efficiency using data science and software engineering techniques. Trained scene text detection models, and extend these models’ capabilities by constructing a novel pipeline that utilizes clustering-based key frames extraction, text tracking by frame, super-resolution and engineering techniques to extract texts from images and videos found in high-volume social media chat channels. Work recognized by Professor Christopher Edwards, the program director of MSc Data Science.

Worked on developing a customer service ticketing platform for Digi that aims to centralize all customer service requests into a single platform. Developed a slider calculator system for Digi's new Postpaid plans and integrate it into Digi's official website. Integrated Mixpanel into altHR, Digi's Human Resource Management system, to collect and analyze users' data which aims to increase customer experience and altHR sales.

Worked on an ecommerce website base using CodeIgniter 3. Features include carousel, password reset using email, gallery & text editor.Researched and wrote scripts for a Customer Relation Management System.Worked on front-end such as landing page, and help edit website layouts to fit clients’ needs during design stage.
