Responsible for the process of recruitment from start to finish including screening, recruiting, interviewing, and placing of highly qualified professionals in contract and direct hire positions within the Oil & Gas industry throughout Europe, Africa, Americas among others.Responsible for developing, mentoring, training, and guiding the Europe and Africa Delivery Centre team.Creating adverts for positions on websites such as Indeed, Broadbean, Oil & Gas Job Search, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Bullhorn, and others.Acting as a primary liaison between candidate and client.Keeping track of KPI’s in our internal system including calls, vacancies, submittals, speculative resume sends, interviews, leads generated, placements, market research, etc.Supporting recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), recruitment, retention, and rehire of Airswift contractor workforce, as well as Internal Recruitment and Human Resources management and related activities to support the main offices of Airswift across the globe.Updating the talent pool of qualified multi-sectoral candidates to meet our clients' global requirements.All the activities described above are conducted in English.

Use all available resources and networks to successfully source new candidates (Job Boards,LinkedIn, etc)Constantly source candidate pools across the PIE (Process, Infrastructure, Energy) to ensure a“live” network of candidates is available to react to any new requirements that may arise.Deliver excellent internal service to the Delivery Consultants / Lead within the main hub andglobal hubsPosts and monitors job openings/responses on various web search engines and Airswift websiteFully utilize the use of the Bullhorn Database, web searches, networking, and advertisingEnsure all candidates screened possess the correct skillset experience and qualificationsInterface weekly with the other Strategic Resource Centre Resources within the group, sharingbest practices and market sector intelligence.Be able to demonstrate market knowledge across PIE sectors (Power, Infrastructure, Energy) bygathering intelligence from candidates and industry press articles.Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing candidatesReport weekly on lead generation performance, demonstrating accountability and commitmentto identifying new opportunitiesConsistently research and monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information andthen acting upon the information by sharing with Sales / Recruitment Functions.
