In November 2020, Carlsberg UK and Marstons Brewing Company set up a joint venture bringing together a business consisting of an even bigger and more varied portfolio of beers manufactured across 7 breweries, delivered by an extensive in house distribution network and sold by a second to none sales team. All in all now over 2000 employees are part of this new adventure.My role continued as the below describes but servicing a larger organisation whereby responsibilities adapted to include but not limited to invoicing administration, company car scheme, reward and recognition, and assisting the HR team to drive their business units forward but in particular I have especially enjoyed working with data, reports, spreadsheets and increasing my system knowledge of Success Factors. I have worked to extend my knowledge of Excel to intermediate level regularly utilizing skills such as VLOOKUP's and pivot tables for example. I enjoy working on projects requiring large data sets to be analyzed and turned into useable data to spot patterns, make recommendations and improve business processes.
