Identity and Access Management - Responsible for program management of all projects in the Identity and Access Management department at Abbott. - Oversee the portfolio of projects, managing timelines, resources, issues and risks, and report status to the Identity Management Steering Committee- Track financials for the department including invoices and purchase orders and estimates- Led a number of compliance related remediation activities, coordinating with development and change management teams, and hosting regular stakeholder meetings- Executed a successful pilot of Centrify for single sign on with aggressive timelines in 2015- Collaborated with external consultants to create an Identity Strategy and Roadmap in 2015- Managed multiple releases to the Identity Portal (EIDM) to address issues and new business requirements in 2014Workday Implementation - Managed a team of analysts, developers, testers and architects to successfully implement Workday as Abbott’s new HR system. - Held regular meetings with HR representatives to manage risks, issues and timeline demands- Created requirements and design documentation for 41 FIM management agents affected by the system change- Oversaw the development and testing of 10 new FIM management agents and applications - Led a change management initiative for downstream systems impacted by the system change

GPRD Portal Program manager - I was responsible for overseeing all projects in the program including managing status, issues, risks, budget, resources, and schedules. SharePoint Foundation Services - I managed this program which included shared web parts and site templates, site collection requests, the SharePoint Central Portal, and enterprise branding. I created the SharePoint Central Portal and maintained it, led a team to deliver twelve code releases and created a new tool for recertification of all SharePoint sites and users. Business Separation - I led various projects required for the separation of Abbott and AbbVie including the company-wide Transition Information site, creation of AbbVie and Abbott Email Signature tools, creation of PowerPoint presentation templates for both Abbott and AbbVie, and coordination with all divisions to separate user access by company for all divisional portals. ERT Replacement Phase 0 - I managed a team to perform a Phase 0 software evaluation for the Expense Report Tracking (ERT) system. This involved working with vendors, performing a technical architecture review, gathering detailed requirements from multiple user groups, and stakeholder management to address concerns and agree on a solution.

TAP separation project - I led a team through the separation of data from the Oracle Clinical system used at TAP in order to ensure the data for the Abbott was transferred over properly. TAP PMO - I performed project management office duties for all TAP separation projects within the GPRD (Global Pharmaceutical Research and Development) IT division. This included status reporting, financials, timelines, and communication. SharePoint Projects - I was a project manager on various SharePoint projects including: creation of a division wide portal (GPRD Home), creation of a structure and process for creating OOTB team sites, and development of several custom applications / sites within SharePoint.

I performed various roles during this time period including business analyst, SQL developer, tester, and liaison/coordinator with an Indian offshore team. The work was performed at various large financial services companies, mainly on projects to install new software or upgrade existing software. Extensive experience was gained with the project delivery life cycle. Specific skills include reporting, facilitation, requirements gathering and documentation, defect resolution, scope and issue management, status reporting.
