I am the Chief Executive Officer at Ongwanada, a non-profit organization that supports people with developmental disabilities and their families in Kingston and Eastern Ontario. I have over 20 years of experience in leadership, strategy, P/L performance, growth and go-to-market, market and product strategy, and business operation in various sectors, including health, education, and technology.My core competencies include creative thinking, strategic planning, business acumen, building highly cohesive and performing teams, and executing on complex strategic initiatives. I hold an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, a PhD in Systems Neuroscience and Machine Learning from the University of Toronto, and an M.Sc.E in Mechanical Engineering (Model Predictive Control) from the University of New Brunswick. My mission is to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation, and to successfully bring products and services that make a difference in the society.
