    As Chair of the Higher Education & Collegiate Athletics practice, I focus on the higher education industry, representing colleges and universities on a full range of topics including federal and state regulatory compliance, accreditation, state licensure, institutional governance, mergers, acquisitions, federal and state higher education policy, government affairs and collegiate sports and NCAA compliance-related matters. I regularly advise clients on matters including student discipline, student accommodations, Title IX compliance including complaints and investigations, FERPA, and other federal regulations.
