As a Tesla sales representative, I am responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for walk-in guests and prospective customers. I strive to excite, educate, and answer questions about Tesla's product offerings through various channels, including calls, emails, text messages, and outbound events.One of my primary goals is to maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling and co-piloting test drives for individuals who show potential purchase intent. I also aim to exceed individual sales and key performance indicator targets to contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets.I take pride in presenting and selling the entire Tesla eco-system, providing support during the delivery and installation process, and offering continued assistance throughout ownership. I enjoy preparing, staging, and charging customer vehicles in advance of their scheduled delivery appointment and conducting comprehensive vehicle orientation sessions for new owners.It is my responsibility to execute customer documents on delivery day and conduct direct deliveries from delivery centers to customer homes. As an Applecare Advisor, my main responsibility is to provide technical support and assistance to Apple customers who are experiencing issues with their Apple products. I'll be communicating with customers over the phone or email to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.My role will involve providing solutions and recommendations to help customers resolve their issues in a timely manner while ensuring their satisfaction with the service I provide.
