With over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles, I am passionate about advancing diversity, inclusion, and health equity in the communities I serve. As the Executive Vice President of Programs & Operations at New Hanover Community Endowment (NHCE), I oversaw the strategic direction and implementation of the organization's grantmaking, relationship building, and partnership initiatives to address the social determinants of health in Western North Carolina.As a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) and a former Equity Officer at Dogwood Health Trust, I have developed and applied the skills and knowledge to promote equity and learning within and across organizations.
