• Working closely to complete the 4G Project Rollout• SCFT of eNodeB Sites and Pre Launch optimization of new sites.• Cluster optimization & Cluster performance analysis according to the coverage requirement• Small cell Planning, implementation, deployment & operations to ensure high quality network with marginal customer grievances • LTE throughput testing & optimization• RF parameter such as RSRP,RSRQ,SINR,CQI,DL,UL testing • Physical and Parameter Optimization to solve Call Drop, Handoff, Inter frequency handover• RF & EMF survey validation & EMF check for affected buildings • Site validation for new sites• Report generation & Submission on GIS
