Oversee over 40 employees whom consist of production supervisor, area supervisors, and all line staff. I am responsible for:• Meeting quarterly goals, staffing/hours per labor efficiency standards/cost per liter (CPL) targets and Quality key performance indicators (KPI) goals.• Creating appropriate organizational environment and value systems which stimulate the morale and productivity of the work force and its leadership.• Operating the center and manages employees and operations to the highest standard of ethics and integrity.• Managing staff to ensure that training and quality goals are met and to implement operational changes and maximize center efficiency.• Directing and manages employees.• Monitoring and evaluate operations. Develop action plans to maximize center efficiency and supervise the implementation of process improvements.• Managing headcount to provide for efficient staffing through high and low production intervals, providing accurate and timely projections to regional management team in advance of cyclical and seasonal or situational spikes.• Accountable for the direction of all personnel functions including hiring, assignment and direction of work, development and training, disciplinary actions and termination and the maintenance of all personnel records.• Providing strategic direction and planning.

In this role I manage a center of 30+ employees handling the center flow, ensuring that production numbers meet or exceed expectations, I create a 2-4 week schedule for all employees, I work directly with the center director to ensure quality, morale, and procedures are being performed according to standard operating procedures. I also take part in the hiring process to ensure that inquiring candidates will be a good fit for all positions applied for. I work directly with the training coordinator to encourage all employees to cross train throughout the center and gain knowledge in all areas. I mediate between all employee-employee conflict/issues. I ensure that all employees including myself are providing above standard customer service. I worked directly with the management and quality team to complete center investigations and come up with corrective action plans when procedures were deviated. In further observation there are a number of other job duties that I complete and assigned on a daily basis and would be more than happy to share upon notification of an available position. While continuing as the production supervisor I still acted as a phlebotomist, screener, and plasma processor throughout the center.

In this role I directly supervised all floor operations as well as phlebotomist, processors, dct's, and screeners in all areas of the center to ensure policies were being followed when connecting, disconnecting, performing venipuncture on and monitoring donors. Assurance of efficient donor flow and moral of the center, delegate tasks to employees, mediate between employees, manage scheduling and address any employee or donor concerns.Phlebotomist/DCT: Starting as a donor floor technician I ensured that all machines were setup with softgoods, all donors were setup, and disconnected from the machine within a timely manner. I made sure that the donor floor area remained cleaned and stocked at all times by doing "blood checks" around the clock and making sure that no papers or caps were left on the floor from softgood packaging. I trained to become a phlebotomist and performed venipuncture on donors which also included monitoring the donors before, after, and during the procedure.
