Participates in the interview and selection process of new team members for the retail locations.Listens and resolves team member and member concerns, and effectively uses information to coach managers to enhance the service provided within their branches.Conducts branch audits, and ensures the branches comply with Credit Union standards and applicable laws and regulations. Takes ownership of internal controls in the region and completes required reports and records and ensures branch functions are properly documented.Completes orientation of new managers in overall branch procedures and tracks individual progress to ensure that managers are trained in all phases of their respective positions. Ensures that managers and team members have the tools and information needed to support company goals and perform effectively in their role.Ensures branch security institutes prudent safety measures.Ensures proper maintenance and general housekeeping of the building, grounds, work areas and equipment.Assists Director of Retail with long and short-term branch lending strategy to complement organizational goals. Partners with managers to implement the lending strategy.Promotes and establishes strong, positive and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company’s purpose and vision statement and core values.

Responsible for directing and administering branch sales, service, goals, budgets, operations and financial performance for all three Downtown Atlanta offices with generating over $13.5 million dollars in lending and $5.5 million dollars in deposits annually.Coach, evaluate, and develop team members to ensure that effective member services and financial counseling is provided to all members and potential members.Ensure that services are delivered professionally and efficiently and that all member requests or concerns are resolved promptly.Protect and maintain the Credit Union’s professional reputation by promoting and establishing strong, positive, productive working relationships with select employer groups and the community.
