Human Resource Manager that supported 3 districts with 40 stores and over 800 employees. In this position I had one direct report that was based in the Northern California Distribution Center. Within this role I successfully created the new recruiting system that led to an improved branding that attracted high talent.• Reduced the recruiters’ time spent navigating an applicant through the system by 20%.• Involved in the “brand” advertisement for the retail unit of business.• Created/managed workforce planning for leadership positions including: succession plans, Individual Development Plans, and Performance Improvement Plans.
