Project Manager
Current• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and customer resources• Successfully lead projects to migrate legacy phone consoles to Amtelco platform within the healthcare market• Manage cross team build and configuration - server build, telecom integration, paging integration, data imports, and customer training• Create and maintain timelines with internal and external resources• Review project updates, statuses, and timelines with all resources on a weekly basis• Monitor success of project at all levels, provide status to executive level management• Demo front- and back-end software to new customers, project teams, and analysts• Develop schedules for customer data maintenance
