I have 15 years experience within the healthcare industry and 20 years overall experience in customer service. I have worked both on the clinical side of healthcare and the administrative side. My primary focus over the last 10 years has been on the administration side; both front facing as a customer service representative and on the managerial side of processing payroll, managing FMLA, and more. I also have background in resolving escalated issues involving customers and internal investigations involving pay discrepancies.
