This initiative constitutes a pioneering endeavor for the brand, previously absent, thus laying a robust foundation for the role's execution and future development.I led the development of Soneva's brand standards, marking a significant milestone as the first comprehensive set of guidelines for the brand. This initiative involved thorough research into global hospitality trends, meticulously fused with the distinctive offerings that define Soneva.Successfully implemented iAuditor across all four resorts, facilitating daily inspections of arrival villas, restaurants, engineering, IT infrastructure, and manager on duty checklists. From January 2024 to May 2024, over 2500 inspections have been logged, identifying over 3000 standards issues across all resorts.I assume responsibility as the custodian of the Forbes Standards for Soneva.Organizing strategic meetings and corporate events for Soneva which brings together all the senior leadership from the corporate team, and all heads of teams of each resort.
