Relationship Management:• Manage ten client relationships comprised of top hedge funds and international asset managers while simultaneously acting in an ancillary function on over forty other relationships. • Develop strong partner relationships with clients through e-mail, phone and frequent in-person meetings; regularly check in with clients to ensure client is leveraging the Eze Product Suite to maximum benefit.Project Management:• Responsible for all of the client’s project management requirements including, but not limited to; new client implementations, upgrades, new user training, onboarding of new functionality, and integration with third party platforms such as sell-side brokers and custodians while also providing users with daily support for all time sensitive workflow related items.• Coordinate all communications between the client and Eze’s business development, legal, compliance, marketing and product development teams.Results:• Successfully implemented multiple new clients, managed high priority projects relating to new functionality or new third party relationships.• Oversee and assist with the implementations of new consultants; maintain strong working relationships with all the Boston client base .• Provided a high level of support through quick problem solving skills.
