-Lead organizational change management initiatives to improve business processes and best practices-Manage the deployment of multiple technology solutions to optimize profitability, analytics and operational efficiency -Led the launch of all third-party delivery partners for our 30 restaurant portfolio-Converted all DHG in-house health and safety reports and support tickets to a digital platform

-Responsible for processing semi-monthly payrolls for ~450 employees across DHG’s A&W and Boston Pizza restaurants-Maintenance of payroll records, printing payroll reports based upon internal and external requests, and auditing

-Primary point of contact between restaurant managers and admin/accounting staff-Lead manager for the launch, training, and ongoing maintenance of the following systems across DHG’s restaurant network:-Cloud data management systems (OneDrive, Dropbox, G Suite)-Digitization of restaurant’s daily financial records-Inspection and license tracking to ensure restaurants fulfill all legal requirements-POS-integrated cloud based security camera solution which relays transaction data in real time-DHG Excellence Awards dashboard

-Invited to participate as a lead trainer for the opening of three new A&W restaurants located in Hamilton and Brampton -Responsible for set-up of equipment, programming of cash registers and sales software systems-Trained entire teams of 20-40 staff members for new store openings, including all front of house and kitchen responsibilities

-Responsible for applying therapeutic modalities (ultrasound, TENS) to patients with acute and chronic injuries in a busy physiotherapy clinic in downtown Toronto-Instructed patients on exercises and stretches
