As a Senior Data Analyst at Jupiter Money, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to the table. With a background in Chemical Engineering and Biological Sciences from BITS Pilani, one of India’s top engineering institutions, I have always been driven by a passion for problem-solving and innovation.During my college years, I actively participated in student leadership, winning elections twice—once as Hostel Representative, where I represented 500 students, and later as Sports Secretary. My academic journey was complemented by diverse internships where I gained hands-on experience in industries ranging from oil exploration to Ad tech.My professional career began at Grasim Industries, where I was leading data-driven projects that enhanced operational efficiency. However, my entrepreneurial ambitions led me to found Rank 1 Classes, an educational venture focused on training students for competitive exams like JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, NEET, and CAT. Within a short span, I grew the institute to nearly 100 students, managing a team of 10 experts and spearheading all marketing and advertising efforts. Simultaneously, I developed and patented a unique motorcycle backrest for drivers, designed to alleviate back pain for long-distance riders, a product that has significant potential in the market.After some unavoidable circumstances led to the closure of Rank 1 Classes, I joined Jupiter Money as a Data Analyst, where I became an integral part of the Personal Finance Management team. Here, I leveraged data to provide personalized financial insights to users, helping them make better decisions. I honed my skills in ETL processes, database schema design, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Metabase, Amplitude, and Databricks, which played a crucial role in enhancing the app’s overall user experience.My contributions and achievements led to a promotion to Senior Data Analyst, where I transitioned to the Growth and Marketing & Acquisition team. I spearheaded the creation of an end-to-end experimentation setup for A/B testing, which significantly reduced customer acquisition costs by 20-30%. Additionally, by implementing RFM modelling, I enhanced product activation rates across various offerings, including Payments, Investments,Credit Cards etc.Today, I continue to drive data-driven decision-making at Jupiter Money, turning complex data into actionable insights that fuel growth and innovation.
