Checked the overall stability of the structure for each stage (buckling analysis) and performed second order (P-delta) analysis.● Verified lateral sway of existing building manually and compared the results with ACI code and Euro code stiffness modifiers.● Checked the lateral stability of existing wall at stage 4 in which the slabs which are connected to the wall at its top and bottom are demolished. Proposed temporary support system for the existing wall (behaving as deep beam) failing in membrane shear after verifying design using strut and tie method.● Corresponding to the final stage, designed new staircase walls, new columns, new slab, and new footings (under new columns and under temporary steel columns) resting on rock using FEM Design, Win-Statik and Tekla Tedds, as per relevant Euro codes which also includes fire design, and prepared the detailed sketches.
