Security audits and monitoring are critical, as they conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and respond to security breaches and threats. I provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving system problems to minimize downtime. I manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring appropriate access to resources and creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts as needed.
