Roles and Responsibilities:Handled extensive and intense calls in a fast-paced high call volume call center environment.Providing outstanding customer service while proficiently multi-tasking through internal system such as CMAC, Excel and Outlook.Handled customer escalation calls and resolving customer queries and issues. Interacting with customers, company sales team and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Receiving customer requests and preparing documents, troubleshoot tickets related to processing returns, servicing and exchanges. Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory. Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Maintaining records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.Worked under strict deadlines, guaranteed positive customer experiences, and resolved all customer complaints.
