I had to call up all the students of different college and search for students looking for BPO jobs and schedule them for direct interview and i will screen their communication and send them to various company where that candidate is eligible of.

My resposibility is to call US candidates and collect money before the due date. I was a money collector also called account manager. I had to get my target achieved in the month end. make follow up calls to the customers who were not responding. And i achieved my target.
