In my recent expereince as a Senior System Engineer at Monash University, I supported the Research and DevOps teams to facilitate various e-Research platforms for researchers. I worked on the development of programs that enhance researcher capabilities, and engaged in outreach activities. In my earlier role, focussing on business transformation and innovation, I helped our teams create more value for our customers, ensuring we stay customer-centric in our mission. The collaboration with my team has been instrumental in achieving our shared objectives. I come from an education and research background and I immensely enjoy teaching. I have taught at Unis in India and the Middle East before coming to Australia for PhD studies at the University of Melbourne. I took up a post-doctoral role with RMIT University thereafter, which helped strengthen my research/ collaboration/ writing capabilities further. I have extensive experience in curriculum development, design and delivery of courses, marking, supervision of research and research leadership. My leadership extends to education, where I have spearheaded accreditation programs and major academic reforms. I enjoy working with people from all different backgrounds and confidently venture into new territory.I am actively seeking new opportunities in my field of expertise and interest.
