Just completed the Hotel Sheraton in Dushanbe in Tajikistan and which was a real challenge to my career since nothing was available in Dushanbe and every item has to be sourced from outside Dushanbe and on top of it the project was completed by our own source of technical guys from India and with the local help. Made visits to countries like China, Italy, Bahrain, Dubai for material procurements.Now I am retired and spending time with my family and pursuing for change in career.

To maintain 450 rooms property. In Delhi and also involved in technical assessment of the properties which was for sale like Ashok Bangalore,Udaivilas palace in Udaipur,Hotel Ashok in Khajaraho, Hotel Ashok in Manali and also involved in the new projects in Mumbai and Goa.

Was Associated with the Project team and completed the project in 18 months time. A very great experience just after coming out of the college and involving with different fields of Engineering.
