Basing on the title deed pertaining to an immovable property, a thorough search for a period of about 30 years will be made. After getting the required document copies pertaining to the property, I shall peruse and opine about the property. If everything is okay, I shall prepare necessary deeds (sale, partition, release, settlement, consent, exchange, correction etc.) and register them at the proper Registration Office. If the clients inclined to do name transfer in the revenue records, the same also will be done. There I stop.

All the works of conveyancing I do independently. Apart from that I prepare opinion for financial institutions such as nationalised/scheduled banks and private finances, which will be finalised by my boss. Preparing affidavits, declarations, agreements etc.I also prepare declaration suits for my boss.
