With nearly 22 years of diverse experience in operational excellence, asset optimization, and digital transformation, I am currently the OE Cluster Head at Dr. Reddy's Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, a leading global pharmaceutical company. In this role, I am responsible for leading and delivering a 19 crore cost-cutting project for FY 23, working on both brown and green field projects as part of central engineering and expansion, and developing, deploying, and maintaining an MPS - Production system with an 80 percent score.I have a proven track record of achieving significant cost reduction, quality improvement, and business innovation in various sectors, such as mining and metals, automotive, FMCG, and service industry. I have successfully implemented business improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, TQM, TPM, RBNQA, and other methodologies, with a potential savings of over 310 crores. I have also established a culture of best-in-class asset program management and digitalization of all business processes across PAN India. I hold a PG in Data Science from IIIT-B, a Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ, and a Post Graduation Diploma in TQM from NCQM.
