I have specialized in Human Resource and Marketing Management, with 12 years of academic experience and 2 years in the industry. I have trained executives at various companies, including Lakshmi Ceramics - Coimbatore, SUZLON Energy Ltd - Coimbatore, and AngLo IELTS & English - Chennai. My training areas include Leadership Qualities, Supervisory Skills, Presentation Skills, Public Speaking Skills, and Communicative English. Additionally, I have trained students in Employability Skills and conducted Management Games at various educational institutions. I have also participated in and organized numerous FDPs, seminars, and workshops, both national and international.
