I am responsible for:- Instructional quality of all solutions designed, developed and delivered - learning strategy definition, content design and development- Productivity enhancements through development process changes- Skilling and people development of the instructional and creative design streams - ongoing people development to ensure up-skilling and cross-skilling of teams- Learning needs analysis and solution design for large change programs for clients - these are typically large ERP implementation programs across geographies, roles and functional groups- Hiring and skilling of campus recruits to induct them as Trainee Content Developers - creation of hiring parameters and tests, managing the hiring, and design, development & delivery of the "The Learning Academy"*.* Winner of the ASTD Citation for Excellence in Practice 2012

- Facilitated Instructional Design & Facilitation Skills Workshop in-house for different organizations and open programs- Got certified as a facilitator and conducted Building Manager Effectiveness Workshops for a consulting major- Analyzed, designed, developed and facilitated Performance and Leadership Competency Assessment workshops for a telecom major- Did a Knowledge Capture exercise for an FMCG major to be able to capture tacit knowledge and convert it into stories that were uploaded on the Intranet in order to collate organizational knowledge- Part of a team that helped define the people strategies to be put in place to ensure the envisioned corporate culture- Lead the design and development of a New Manager Development Journey for a pharma major

This role involved:• Managing the end-to-end skill and knowledge development of associates and managers from hiring through to release to production• Developing annual TREE (Training Roadmap for Each Employee) for all associates, managers and first-level leadership and ensuring adherence to the same; publishing and updating TREE quarterly• Identifying skill/knowledge gaps based on performance – for individuals and groups - and implementing training/ knowledge management interventions to fix the same• Ensuring coverage of developmental training & other organization-wide education initiatives • Managing effective transfer of knowledge from customers to Genpact and retention of knowledge• Managing development of required learning content – including eLearning, ILT, & dynamic content with the help of Genpact Content Development Team or external vendors• Defining annual learning & development budgets with the Biz and Operational leaders and managing adherence to it
