* Basic Engineering Design of Waste water treatment plant, DI-RO plant and Scrubber system for PV manufacturing facility.* Preparation of DBR, basic engineering drawings & RFQ documents.

* Setting up of lab for Photovoltaic Fabrication & Research facility for a project sponsored by Department of Science & Technology, Govt India.

Responsible for Execution of turnkey projects related to hazardous/toxic gas & chemical handling system in Photovoltaic, Semiconductor and other related industries.• Preparation of process design calculation, P&ID and material selection.• Preparation of Piping isometrics and material take off.• Preparation & tracking of project schedule and budget sheet.• Preparation of daily progress report.• Coordination with client, attending weekly review meetings & preparation of MOM.• Commissioning of gas & chemical handling system as per safety norms.• Troubleshooting and technical support for operation of Gas & chemical delivery system.• Responsible for in-house equipment development of chemical delivery unit & valve manifold box.

• Analysis of proposal requirement and preparation of bid document.• Coordination & monitoring of engineering activities and responsible to get timely approval from client as per tender specification.• Handling communications with client regarding technical clarifications on design document.• Responsible for timely submission of design invoice and payment followup with client. • Preparation and tracking of project schedule.• Identification & rectification of potential hazards to accelerate the project progress.• Review of ash & water balance for coal washery process.• Identifying potential equipment vendors for submission of competitive bid.• Post order correspondence with client regarding the clarification in the submitted offer.• TUV Nord certified internal auditor for conducting IMS internal audits and ensure compliance to the audit findings and follow up for the corrective and preventive action.
