•Assist in resume screening and selection.•Download attendance data from the time and attendance machine, update daily attendance, prepare list of absentees and latecomers.•Assist in performance reviews and identify training needs based on the reviews.•Maintain the record of targets that are assigned to sales personnel. Compare the target against the actual performance and calculate sales commissions, which are sent to the Accounts Dept. •Assist in salary administration by maintaining records of the planned pay ranges for each type of position, and by comparing the plan against the actual pay ranges.•Attend to any grievances that employees have relating to pay, timings and company policies.•Track leave and permissions taken by the employees.•Coordinate with the supervisors to put out the weekly schedule overtime and stock taking.•Assist in weekly stock-keeping by comparing actual stock against physical stock, report and resolve discrepancies.•Generate Goods Received and Goods Returned Notes for inventory received from suppliers.•Place orders with suppliers for inventory, and follow up.•Track inventory against the planned ranges established, and report deviations from the plan.

PGDBA Summer Project 2008 (HR): Analysis and Re-design of the Training Process Architecture for Aztecsoft Pvt. Ltd, India. I was asked to review the current training process and prepare a new process chart for the company. I was also asked to review the appraisal data and prepare a training calendar for the next quarter.
