I have done Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in ENT and Diploma In Otolaryngology (DLO) in which I secured Gold Medal for getting first Rank in the University. I have done a Mini fellowship in Otology and Neurotology from university of Miami.Worked as Senior Resident, Lecturer and Assistant Professor of ENT at Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore where I worked as a teacher for undergraduate and postgraduate students, treated many patients with ENT conditions in OPD, performed several surgeries such as Tonsillectomy, Septoplasty, Micro ear surgeries etc on regular basis ,used to attend emergency room calls and manage situations at ease and was also an investigator in clinical research programmes. Prior to that worked at institutions like JIPMER, Pondicherry and St. John`s Medical College, Bangalore. Authored and presented numerous publications and papers in various topics of Otolaryngology in peer reviewed journals. I am an avid reader, teacher and researcher who maintained ongoing memberships in various associations for over 8 years and is well versed in recent trends in otolaryngology practice.My special interest is managing severe to profound deafness with evaluation for cochlear implant candidacy, Cochlear implantation and post implant habilitation.
