I was part of the Automation team in the EAC division of Group Finance. I was responsible for automating BAU's using R programming, advanced Excel and other internal software to enhance accuracy of daily operations and provide timely deliverables.

I am responsible for leading the technical projects of our club. Currently a plastic recycling project has been undertaken by our team which focuses on recycling the plastic (Type 2: HDPE) generated in the campus of BITS Pilani. It includes setting up of collection points of post consumer used plastic and devising a mechanism for recycling it to convert it into brick like structure that will be used to build benches.

My project was to do the work load balancing of the T-100 assembly line, on which transmissions for engines upto 100 hp were produced. For this I made spaghetti diagrams to monitor the movements on the line and analysed the existing assembly layout. After analysing the overall situation I suggested several new layouts and made spaghetti diagrams for the same, according to which the production time was brought down under the takt time.
