This data was used to populate the metadata file which gets dumped into the build's workspace.-- Used Jenkins core APIs to gather data about the ongoing build instance.-- Explored methods of deploying a build on Jenkins by writing a Jenkinsfile and running the pipelines.-- Result: The plugin generates metadata which helps in securing the supply chain by providing information about the origin of the software
