• Assist in development, implementation / delivery and revision of HSE induction, tool box talks and other training programs.• Ensure all site equipment have required valid documents available.• Carryout regular risk assessment of the task and mitigate the hazard and risk and define control measures. • Assist in the investigation and reporting of incidents on site.

• Assist Site HSE manager to implement the company policies and other applicable rules & regulations on site.• Provide advice to site staff in terms of HSE.• Co-ordinate with client safety department.• Assist in development, implementation / delivery and revision of HSE induction, tool box talks and other training programs.• Assist in the investigation and reporting of incidents on site.• Inspection of all work places, the promotion of the safe conduct of work, hazard identification techniques and communication of corrective measures to management.• Maintain records of all the inspections to follow up and corrective actions.• Ensure adequate sign boards and barricading is available on site.• Ensure all site equipment have required valid documents available.• Carryout regular risk assessment of the task and mitigate the hazard and risk and define control measures.

• Prepare Accident / Incident, Near Misses reports to find out the causes and adopting proper preventive measures• To develop awareness among employees about the necessity of a safety programmed in their routine activities.• To develop the company's documentations like HSE Plan, Road Safety Plan, Emergency Plan etc. and conduct Safety Audit/ Inspection on the site• Prepare Activity Risk Assessment to all jobs before the start of any job with the Project Team. • Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on performance.
