• Manage and Motivate team. Provide functional support and direction to team.• Regular one to one’s and performance discussion of team members with feedback on the areas of improvement.• Provide regular support & guidance to my team members.• Responsible for all Labour Compliance related activities of entire Delhi & NCR Region.• Allotment of ESI number, Permanent Cards and providing benefit to the employee in co-ordination with the ESI authority.• Liaising with authorities of State Labour Office, ESI offices in different locations of Delhi & NCR Region.• Taking care of all PF & Gratuity related matters.• Taking care of timely submission of all Returns related to Labour & ESI.• Ensuring Timely submission of all return and challan related to ESIC Act, EPF Act, Contract Labour Act, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus Act, Maternity Benefit Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act etc.• Facilitating PF Transfer and withdrawal for left employees and new joinees.• Ensuring Timely Registration/Renewal due under Shops & Establishment Act.• Obtaining New Labor License under CLRA 1970 & renewal of labour license.• Ensuring timely submission of all Half Yearly.• Liaising with Govt. Authorities like ESI, PF, Labour & Welfare Authority. • Maintenance of various kinds of Registers related to compliance.
