one year LOCOMOTIVE HVAC commissioning experience at CLW CHITARANJAN where my job was to get HVAC COMMISSIONING done in collaboration with Railways Staff. If any problem came, it was my job to solve it/get it done without any delay. Also, I had to do all the paperwork there (CLW CHITARANJAN).

I have 1 year experience in quality work of HVAC. Where I used to prepare all the testing reports from the testing of the HVAC machine. Which was under the specification of RDSO. If there was any problem during testing, such as less cooling and non-working of any parts of the machine, refrigerant line choke, it was my job to rectify it and get it corrected in collaboration with the production team. It was also my job to get third party like RITES inspection done according to RDSO and RITES testing and production manual.

My job was to get only BRRAZING, VACCUM AND GASS FILLING done in HVAC UNIT. So that there is no problem of refrigerant at the time of further testing, for this I had to get all the copper tubes debriding before brazing. After brazing, Nitrose Plus had to be done in the entire circuit so that there would be no choking in future. After all this, the circuit was to be held for 48 hours by filling with nitrose. Which lets us know the leak. Then vacuuming is done. After vacuuming, refrigerant gas had to be filled.
