Administering the complete Training & Development cycle, including TNA, Training Budget, Training Effectiveness, Training arrangement and execution. Handling a training budget of USD 1 million every year.Identifying training suppliers, negotiating with training vendors, customizing training programs and initiating documentation process for signing a contract with the training company.Collaborating with trainers, trainees and line managers / supervisors in finalizing the training.Actively participating in skill gap analysisMaintaining employee training history and trend analysisLeading the summer internship program at OMV Pakistan three fields and for Head Office and successfully inducting more than 50 interns every year. Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for the OMV Head Office and its fields to include, but not limited to:* Improved the hiring process by reducing the time per hire and cost per hire* Successfully hired more than 85 numbers of employees per year to all locations* Screened more than 20,000 applications per year through job portal* Leading in development and customizing the recruitment job portal* Handling and managing recruitment budget of USD 400k annually in an effective and efficient manner* Conferring with management to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills. * Analyse the skills and education qualification required for each particular job and develop job advertisements* Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify source for qualified candidates. * Writes and places job advertising in various media outlets. * Reviews all applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about company to the candidates. * Initiate contact with qualified candidates for job openings. * Preparing job offer, offer letters, contract agreements* Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with management and hiring team within company. * Preparing / developing and posting of internal job adverts. * Arranging travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants. * Performing reference and background checks on applicants. * Coordinating communication with applicants. * Maintaining candidate database for future open positions.
