 Process all new business and changes to existing policies for personal lines products using The Agency Manager and other computer systems Identify missing policy information and communicate with agents to secure needed information; maintain valuable working relationships with agents through communication and value representation Reconcile monthly and down payments submitted by customers and handled by agents Conduct daily research in multiple databases to secure needed documentation requested by claims departments for Titan, Nationwide, and 3rd party companies Analyze and correct errors that result from coding, underwriting, agents, and/or account input Process complex cases including case review, collections, bad charges, and more Additional projects:o Created a reconciliation process to guarantee direct fee income is generated for the company (April 2012)o Created a communications insert for literature given to Nationwide EA agents to assist in the Titan Plus product sales (June 2012)
