It is a performance management application (DWH/Analytics/ETL) for multi-vendor and multi-technology environments. It data warehouses network data for use in performance reporting, fault handling (call drops) and resource planning. The solution helps a service provider to increase and enhance network performance, identify capacity limits of their assets, providing an end to end view of network performance across multiple technologies & multiple vendors. It also provides real time and historical trend analysis and capacity utilization.Key responsibilities:• Lead the system and technology team as a team manager• Integrate the newly acquired startUp to Ericsson development organisation• Grow the one of solution from the startUp to Ericsson OSS mass markets Key achievements: • During the period, ENIQ scaled from a single customer to high 3-digit customer base. • Established and built feature licensing for ENIQ, which is the first SW licensing implementation in Ericsson.
