(2) VERSO International School, the largest International School in Bangkok Metropolitan with total project investment of 5 Billion Baht.Project Completion: August-2020Website: https://www.verso.ac.th/Scope of Work: - Lead cross-functional and cross-country teams of founding members and investors to build the largest international school in Bangkok from scratch ( 3.8 years from initial masterplan to school opening)- Lead and execute the process to obtain curriculum approval and school license with the Thai Ministry of Education. - Establish the overall project masterplan, identify resources required and ensure timely and quality execution by the assigned members.- At the end of the project, the school was opened with ~200 first semester’s enrollments in spite of Covid-19 crisis.(3) J’AIME by Jean Michel Lorain (1-Michelin Star Restaurant) at U Sathorn Bangkok Hotel : Restaurant renovation and marketing & communication strategy revamp.Project Completion: November-2017Website: https://jaime-bangkok.com/Scope of Work:- Lead cross functional teams to improve restaurant’s image and revenue by revamping marketing & communication strategy and renovation of restaurant.- At the end of the project, the restaurant was awarded with 1 Michelin Star (and maintain the star for 4 consecutive years)
