• Participate in company EHS meeting to decide strategy for safe work culture by implementing various methodologies for Personnel & Process Safety to meet EHSS objectives• Ensure Safety, Health, Environment Management System in the department are followed• Performed worksite safety assessments and made actionable recommendation to update procedures and optimize worker behaviours• Develop and Reviewed JSA, WMS, Risk assessment for workplace• Develop SOPs, Work Instructions and Emergency Response Plan for safe working environment• Conduct Task Risk Assessment for critical activities & enforce control measures to eliminate or minimize risk to acceptable level• Responded to emergency situations in most efficient, effective ways possible• Analyse & investigate all near-misses, unsafe condition reported or observed & action plan to eliminate• Closely monitor the high-risk activities; confined space activities, lifting activities, Hot work, height work, movement of abnormal loads etc• Interface with site Engineers or PM on daily basis to provide proactive technical advice for field activities• Minimized safety infractions through teaching and training in risk management, record keeping, hazard identification• Conduct pertinent toolbox talks and job awareness session to create awareness & effective use of control measures• Conduct field safety inspection identify and point out unsafe acts & conditions analyse and work towards Behaviour based Safety for safe work environment & zero incidents at site• Accountable for compliance of safe work practices and establish safe work culture by implementing various methodologies to meet Personnel Safety, Process Safety (EHSS objectives)• Develop one team & positive culture, Delegate & motivate team, identify training and development needs and effective implementation, manage individual development program, Job qualification program and manpower relocation along with resolving personal issues

• Conducting evacuation drill, Conducting Fire drill training to the TCS Employees, supportive staff, and Vendors• Keeping record of all the trainings and drills • Inspection of HSD yard, DG building, Cafeteria, Servers rooms and report to the higher management• Taking a floor walk through a multiple project and generate the feedback report and escalated higher management and ensure that it will be resolve on priority• Ensuring a safe work practice during unloading activity at HSD yard & Gas Bank• Leading Physical security as well as electronic security• Inspecting the documents of Trasport safety compliance, rostering periodically• Fulfilled the statutory compliance and Physical compliance for TCS Internal & External Audit• Comply on company Policy within employee, facility team, maintenance team• Periodically conduct meeting with safety volunteer

• Conducting TBT, Induction training for all the vendors• Ensure that PPE like Helmet, Visible Jacket, Full body Harness, Safety shoes, safety googles, cotton gloves are being worn during work• Closed the NC and informed to client• Keeping all the safety documents records up to date• Monitoring the work zone area and provide OJT to the workers time to time• Preparing and coordinating for celebrations on environment day & safety days to create awareness to employees
