- Manage and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for MSN’s largest and most strategic agencies/clients.- Develop & grow partnerships with agencies/clients by providing a holistic strategy for their entire book of business and increasing team revenue & C-Sat.- Partner with sales and other internal organizations to develop, execute & close deals by providing valuable insights/strategies.- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures across different areas of Microsoft adCenter.- Serve as project lead for internal projects and collaborate with key stakeholders within the company.- Serve as a search marketing expert on areas of expertise and present to internal/external organizations & conferences.- Work with internal marketing team and clients to develop case studies- Train and mentor new team members- Provide insights and expertise to internal teams on the development of new products/technology.
