Forrester ranks Medallia as the leader in Customer Feedback management.Lalit led the "go-IPO" team involved in every aspect of IPO process from beginning upto the eventual IPO. Medallia went public in July 2019 raising $300M+, market cap of $4.5B and ending the first day 76% up over the listing price. Lalit runs all aspects of worldwide FP&A (GTM, Revenue, Opinc, cashflow; monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting; KPIs), BOD presentation support, Earnings release & Investor support etc. In this role, Lalit serves as key & trusted partner to Medallia's Executive team in operational decisions that have significantly influenced the growth of the company. During his time there, Medallia has almost doubled revenues, significantly improved profitability and Cashflow and has become a serial acquirer with 8+ acquisitions. Lalit co-manages key controllership functions (financial close, quarterly filings, Billings and collections, audit support etc).

Meltwater is a fast growing SaaS company, headquartered in SF with 40+ offices worldwide & IPO'ed in Dec 2020 on the Euronext Oslo Stock Exchange (MWTR) with a market cap of Euro 1.2B.Lalit is the Head of Finance reporting to the CFO & working directly with the Founder-CEO; Responsible for all aspects of SaaS sales finance, Bookings and Revenue planning, P&L management and BoD & Investor facing reporting. Lalit was also involved in a debt raise and led the Financial due diligence of acquisitions

NetSuite was a publicly held SaaS company acquired by Oracle for $9.5B (largest enterprise SaaS deal at that time). Reporting to the CFO, Lalit was the Head of world-wide FP&A and Business Finance; Lalit was part of the small senior level Executive team involved in Oracle Acquisition. During Lalit's time at NetSuite, the company doubled revenue - from ~$500M to $1B+ - and acquired 5+ companies. Prior to the acquisition, Lalit was responsible in a public company environment for all aspects of monthly/quarterly/annual/multi year planning, financial close, quarterly earnings release and public filing rhythms. Post the Oracle acquisition, Lalit was the finance head of the "Netsuite Business Unit".
