Administration:• Manage office facilities, including workspace allocation, seating arrangements, and general office maintenance.• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.• Handle employee queries and concerns related to administrative matters.Property Management:• Supervise property-related activities, including leasing, maintenance, and security.• Collaborate with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents.• Ensure the safety and security of company premises.Compliance:• Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.• Implement and monitor adherence to labor laws, EPFO, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities.EPFO & ESIC Management:• Manage the Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) processes.• Ensure timely and accurate submission of EPF and ESIC contributions.• Address employee queries related to EPFO and ESIC.Banking Related Work:• Liaise with banks for company accounts, transactions, and related activities.• Manage payroll processes, including salary transfers, deductions, and reconciliations.• Monitor and reconcile employee expense claims.Employee Relations:• Foster a positive work environment and address employee relations issues.• Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees when necessary.• Conduct employee engagement initiatives.Documentation and Record Keeping:• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, Banks, RIICO & Property related to the company.• Ensure the confidentiality and security of HR and employee-related information.
