·        Window Person for HMSI.·        To Setup Quality Gate for New development part of HMSI.·        Responsible for daily Red bin analysis.·        Responsible for Customer audit & submit closure against of NC.·        Responsible for HMSI QAV audit.·        Training provided to downline associates & upgrade skill level.·        To prepare TNI & monthly training plan.·        Conduct poison test ·        Implementation of the counter measure and review during internal audit.·        Preparation of monthly MIS/MRM report.·        Upgradation skill level of associates as per customer requirements.·        Co-ordinate with CFT to resolve problem.·        Why-why Analysis for customer complaint & internal rejection.

·        To review daily Setup approval report at Machine Shop Stage.·        To review daily rejection at Machine Shop Stage.·        To review daily machine ruuning loss time due to quality.·        To review daily 4m change report & Tool change report.·        To review part inspection report against of any breakdown.  ·        Monthly machine shop rejection analysis and support to department for corrective action..   Providing on job training to down the level.·        Support for root cause analysis and corrective action for customer complaint.

·        Responsible for all Quality activities such as on PDC ( Pressur Die Casting ), and PDI stage.·        To review Daily setup approval report at PDC stage.·        Analysis of Inhous rejection at PDC Stage and customer return rejection analysis for casting part .·        To make action plan against Inhouse rejection and Customer return rejection.·        Manpower Handling at PDC & PDI Stage.·        To review Poison Test & Skill matrix for inspector.·        Why -Why analysis against inhouse and Customer rejection to maintain PPM and COPQ.·        Red bin analysis·        Responsible for monthly MRM.·        Handling of customer complaints.·        Handling team of 33 inspector at PDI stage.·        Window person for Honda Car, Honda Motorcycle, Daimler, Havells, JTEKT.To make customer complaints 8D and customer audit data.
